Our ISO9001 certified workshop is conveniently located in Hoofddorp, near Schiphol Airport, the Netherlands. In our workshop we provide for repair and overhaul of mechnical governors and actuators of Woodward and Heinzmann.

Our workshop applies the following standard overhaul/repair procedure:

• The governor or actuator will be tested "as received" to record special application dependent settings. (except for excessive dirty or frozen up governors and actuators).
• The governor or actuator will be completely disassembled and cleaned.
• All parts will be inspected for wear, worn parts will be replaced after submitting an estimate of total overhaul/repair cost to you for approval.
• The governor or actuator will be re-assembled after receiving approval from you.
• The governor or actuator will be tested on our test benches according to original manufacturer test specifications which will be provided with the returned unit.

The standard overhaul fee includes:

• Labor cost
• All standard overhaul parts (bearings, gaskets, seals, o-rings etc.)
• Paint and packaging (except for Woodward Pg-200-300-500 for which an additional packaging fee is applicable).
• A report and test certificate which will be included with the invoice.

Not included in the standard overhaul fee are the following:

• All non-standard worn parts. These will be replaced only after approval by you and will be charged extra.
• Extra options in the governor/actuator concerning special application needs, such as (but not limited to) fuel limiters, load controls, etc.
• Transportation and if applicable customs duty.
